Dear David, We are Excited to Announce this Year's 1st ECAP Meeting with the New ECAP Coordinator Paullette Segovia will be taking over the coordination of the ECAP coalition.  Paullette is a Pittsburg native, having lived most of her life  in Pittsburg.  She has deep roots in the community and is passionate about ensuring the safety of the youth in Bay Point and Pittsburg. Paullette is excited about building on the past projects of ECAP and working on new projects.  This first meeting will be a sharing of ideas.
