PG&E is scheduled to work on California Avenue between Diane Avenue (the first street west of Martin Luther King Jr. School & Hampton Inn) and Newport Drive (the first street east of Harbor Street) until October 18, 2013.
Lane closures will be as follows:
- NON-PEAK HOURS: One lane will be open in each direction (west/east bound) for non- peak hours - 9 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- MORNING RUSH: Two lanes will be open west bound for the morning commute from 5:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. with one lane open in the east bound direction.
- AFTERNOON RUSH: Two lanes will be open east bound for the afternoon commute from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. with one lane open in the west bound direction.
