This summary of federal funding announcements, brought to you by the Office of U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer, is a service aimed at helping Californians become aware of funding opportunities offered through our nation’s federal grant-making agencies. The summary for December 2012 includes 39 new or updated opportunities in the following areas:
Members of Senator Boxer’s California staff will be organizing Federal Grants and Resources workshops throughout the state in 2013 for local governments, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations. These workshops provide a variety of information from the federal agency representatives in attendance regarding grant and loan opportunities offered through their respective agencies.
