This feature is meant to make it easier for you gather timely information about the day-to-day developments in the parts of the world that interest you (or, perhaps, "should" interest you).
ADVANTAGE
That "News" menu option is a link-list accumulator -- sort of like going to a news-stand and gathering a box full of the day's news periodicals -- only better -- and ever-growing -- to help increase your ability to remember and choose from what's out there, more easily -- and to zoom through it -- at your pleasure -- without leaving your desk.
