The White House -- Answering Your Questions About Student Loans

Dear Readers
===========
      For the past several months, I had been posting in this City-Journal, daily White House newsletters.  It certainly makes sense to closely monitor the goings on within such an important office.
     However, my statistics show that this is not particularly interesting to very many readers -- who probably get such information elsewhere.  Therefore, I have stopped regularly publishing those articles here -- and have removed many of the past ones -- for they take up much blog "real estate," and thus, may hide information you might be really seeking.
     But, I will continue to publish, from time to time, items that are particularly noteworthy.  This may also serve to remind you that this valuable information source exists -- and that you can get at it, whenever you please -- either by clicking links that always come included within these messages -- or via our "Quick Access" page -- or via some other method you may prefer.
     Part of the idea of this blog continues to be to BLEND, all in one convenient place, relevant information, from many sources.

HAPPY FRIDAY, EVERYONE!

Answering Your Questions About Student Loans

This afternoon, President Obama is Nevada to speak about his plan his proposal to stop student loan interest rates from doubling, which would hit millions of hard-working middle class students and their families with the equivalent of a $1,000 tax if Congress doesn't work together on a solution to keep rates low.
