1. PURPOSES
This bulletin is meant to be a "super-help" page. It takes the "Google Specialized Search" menu and adds links to other useful, relevant information fragments -- namely: (1) In-depth Wikipedia discussions; (2) Google's textual help-guides for each feature; and (3) searches for video tutorials. It is hoped that this optimized listing, delivered by a permanently-accessible bulletin, will increase the likelihood that you will not overlook or underestimate this opportunity, ever again.
In paragraph 5, below, is the link to the entire published list of Google's service offerings (I believe).
The aim is to help train us in an invaluable, MODERN skill. To insure that we don't waste our precious life-resources, merely because we didn't realize such power was in such easy reach -- waiting for us to wisely tap.

2. RATIONALE
The theory is simply this: Google gives us much power and explains it well. However, you have to go looking and know basically what you're looking for. This bulletin did the looking and has laid out some keys to "questions" you might need to ask first, in order to get to the answers you really need and want -- with maximum efficiency -- whether you knew you needed them or not. Once you know what's available, you'll likely know what to do with the power -- and, not only that, but the links will lead you to even more stones to peek under as suggested by the experts.
Besides, if a bulletin parades before you, conveniently, it's likely to remind you to look closer -- as a normal matter of course -- knowing that some answers will be waiting -- to instantly help ease your busy life, a tad.
Future bulletins are planned to explore some of the processes of "Research Skills," "Investigative Journalism," "Detection Skills," and "Fact-Checking Skills" to further aid the elevation of the society in building-up our widest understanding and resolution of our private and public problems and opportunities.
