0310 1000 -- I had a delicious breakfast at County Waffle Restaurant, at Harbor and Atlantic, just now.  On the way out, I spotted this flyer and thought I should post it here.  As it turns out, Jim Watkins, named on the flyer, is on the City's Community Advisory Commission -- the same team that brought us CERT training --- hmmm... tight, community-spirited "little" town we have, no?
