PUSD Seeks Name for New School

Pittsburg Unified School District will open a new continuation high school in the fall of 2012. The school will be located on Stoneman Avenue. To begin the process of naming the new school, an invitation is being extended to the community to submit names for consideration. Forms are available on the district website at www.pittsburg.k12.ca.us can be completed at 2000 Railroad Avenue, Pittsburg, Ca. 94565; and submitted to the Superintendent's Office. The nomination form is also available by clicking here. The School Naming Committee will share their recommendations with the School Board on June 8, 2011.
